IT’S the classic Christmas story of fearless toy soldiers, an army of mice and a magical world of dancing sweets.
Young pupils at Sheffield’s Westbourne School presented their own version of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker as a special Festive treat.
Adapted by teacher Andy Collis, the production saw Year Two pupil Neve Wright play heroine Clara, with Lucy Johnson as her Nutcracker Prince.
Together, they took fellow pupils, staff and parents on an enchanted journey into a world of seasonal treats.
