A 6-week meditation course ideal for those who are new to meditation and also those who enjoy meditating in a group. Add 30 minutes of stillness, conscious breath, and true awareness to your weekly routine and reap the rewards. Stress relief, more focus, improved sleep are just a few of the many benefits meditation has on the human body + brain. Join us and find out for yourself!
Yoga mats are available to you at the studio. Please wear comfortable clothing and possibly a sweater for extra warmth and coziness.
Classes begin on November 7th to December 12th
